but Police and Navy cannot choose 'lesser of the two evils' they should fight every evil. If they make such choice they start to be corrupted.
now NY is surrounded by bandits, last time I was there, every lane was occupied by pirates.
who will care about civilians and traders when police will tolerate acts of piracy, because those bandits are useful?
I could agree with this RP, but only if it will be with LR- and will be strictly controlled, and LR- will help police - not openly - to clear Liberty from other pests.
