I think the potential for this kind of structure is Amazing especially when given the Long Tower at the end it could be balanced by multiple storeys of Ship Hangars stacked above and below where that RH Battleship is located. thus giving the effect of a major military Shipyard / Base. Also I could add a 2nd Ring located along the Vertical Axes giving the effect of a Spherical Structure. I love making bases so much I could do anything, given a little idea??:)
