From what I've been told, members of the Order are supposed to try to be at minimum neutral with all humans. They're after the Nomads and other aliens. However, the BHG and Liberty hate them, so they will defend themselves, but they're not supposed to go out looking for a fight.

So yeah, I think they're only supposed to be attacking humans if they are defending themselves. Since the Corsairs are somewhat allied with the Order, it would make sense that they would come to aid if they called for help.

I was wondering exactly why the Order and the Corsairs are allies. Is it just because they're close to each other, and that the Corsairs also don't like the Nomads?
