Another failure! The neural dehibitor was too overpowered.. Blew the very synapses right off connectors.
The inspection AI stopped by and asked how things were going. As I knew that he would just wrestle it
from all of my files and folders that I have kept in my safe <its a good thing they don't know where the others are>
I told him of the repeated failures. The AI shook his head and said that if this string of
failure continued, I would probably be cast out and dishonored, but most likely executed.
I had made the AI several years ago from a young honorable pilot on his deathbed, and he was
kind enough to tell me that the emperor was planning to execute him anyway, that you knew
too much about the study I was working on. I thanked him, then told him that it is safer to
erase the previous comments. He nodded, then vanished.

I sat down, knowing that he was still here. I waited and waited, then slowly acted as if I
was sleeping. I slyly turned my head to the side and saw that my network traffic scanner that
I had acquired
from Rhineland was blinking. Good, I thought. He's gone.

Turns out later, I found out he had taken my stuff. I returned later to see that he had
overwhelmed my security and had taken all of my reports. He probably did this on orders.

I however, know that there was absolutely noway off this station <which was piloted only by
me and 3 other colleagues> It was the emperors command that imprisons me in this ship.

There is no dispute. I am NOT Kusarian. I grew up quietly in Bretonian space. However,
I had an aunt that lived in Kusari at the time before the war began. I had scheduled a trip
to visit her, that the Kusari grabbed me and took me.

I had no idea at the time that Bretonia and Kusari were dancing at each others heels, that
they were preparing for a war that required the others first movement. I didn't know. I don't
read the news. Its too full of who wears what and a hurricane does this and a ship does
that and all of those useless facts that are not needed by those who don't care about it.

It felt so long ago. Two years ago, standing in an elevator shaft, waiting for it to reach the bottom floor. A whiff of smoke, and out light a light. At that time, all artificial intelligences
were procured by Ageria technologies in design, where as I made my own using the sad
little equipment I had. I was only 16 at the time, and even though my young age had brought
me to be the little hacker I was, I was far more mature of others my age. While they plinked
around with their girlfriends in school, I studied college manuals on computers. While they
worried about fashion, I constructed my first Artificial intelligence. I became as
emotionless as the very first constructs I had made.

That was 2 years ago. And when I visited my aunt in Kyushu <my parents died, I lived off an
orphanage in Leeds> they nabbed me. Apparently someone went through the old folders and
realized that their technology, while great compared to everyone else, could expand so much
higher. So, me and 3 other of Kusari's best, quiet, scientists were rushed off to A hidden
station in Shikoku, unknown to anyone but a few of the high command and the emperor himself.

I was normally a pacifist. If anyone reacted violently to me, then all I did was make their
life pure torture, those dreamless mindless wrecks in that school that made my life hell. But I couldn't even have prevented this.

When I woke, I found myself here. In the middle of no-where in a place i had never seen
before. I was amazed. Kusari had loaded a station with their best equipment out there!
There was enough processing power needed to power the whole fleet. I asked them what it was
for, they said it was for me. I wish I hadn't listened to that old scientist. He told me
that I had been taken from my home in Leeds and moved out here. He told me that a part of
the Kusari Intelligence went to scanning the surrounding areas for the brilliant of mind.
I couldn't believe him. I have had much stranger dreams than this, one of them including a
train in a world made of Egg rolls. This wasn't a dream. They told me if I didn't work for
them I would die.

I told them that I would rather die than betray my homeland. He reasoned with me, I didn't
have a homeland. He showed records. My parents were not Bretonian. In fact, they had no idea
what they or I was even at all. But all I did was continue to spew standard defense for my
country.

Then he dropped the bomb. My family had never been to Bretonia. I was found in
an empty ship near Leeds, with the pilot cockpit torn off the front, like large fingers from
a giant that was never seen before. The reason they had found me was because of my
abnormal I.Q. during on of the undercover searches. Maybe that was what started the war,
presence of Kusari in Bretonia.

They had fabricated a last name and gave me an aunt. I took the bait and took the next flight
to Kusari. Then they got me.

I asked, "If I am not Kusari, then why go through all of this to bring me here?" They
responded "I will not lie kid, you know more about the subject we are studying than anyone
here. You have personal experience with something that we haven't even been able to prove
yet."

True. The existence of Auia was my own invention and discovery. The word Auia was taken off
from a very old book that I had read from the library. I had discovered myself, that the
form of technology could become one as the human mind, that it was similar to what the
churches called a Soul, well, a close approximation of a soul anyway.

I agreed. If there were to ties to link me to this past, then so be it. I will research
for these people. See what I can learn. But in the end, I learn for myself, not for them.

I must go. I hear the old man coming...
