Right, since we have so few people, I think we should omit large capital ships. Each side can have one gunboat, with the rest being fighters and bombers.
The Consortium side will however still need a ship that can dock with Fuchu in order to deploy the strike force to try and free the prisoners. Probaly an armored transport which isn't hostile to the NPCs to represent. Anything that is hostile and docks externally is likely to be raped by the defenses.
