Ganking is the most usual thing to see, no worries. If you're more active than the other side and you've more members, why wouldn't you use it? Overall if, as I've seen, you fly snubs. That's really nice.
Though you should try to keep the fairplay, no one is going to point you, but the nicer you perform, the more chances to log, RP and have fun you'll have.
As far as that, everything was fine. However, getting a legate to help you isn't that nice. You should try to avoid that kind of things.
Do your best, and always remember that there's nothing perfect, and you've to keep working, either being official or unofficial.
