well mate no Gallic Faction proposals are even gonna be looked at by Admins until 4.86 Final Mod Release is out, which they have said themselves!
I think of 4.85 as a 4.86 beta really, we have had 4.855 > 4.856 > 4.857 (current Beta) > 4.858 > 4.859 > 4.860? Im sure thats the path of beta succession releases until 4.86 is Out. This is why no gallic factions like the Biggest ones being GRN or LPR have not put in Faction Requests yet + new factions need time to Grow like ours is slowly.
But i would like to get a draft of Les Vampirs pre-posal done so when 4.86 does arrive i can put it up as an Official Pre-Proposal and given its success then maybe as Official Faction Proposal request with the Required 500mill. Most importantly though I wanna get it right hence this Thread for ideas and suggestions about how I should go about constructing it and the things I need to include aswell maybe some help with the Background story.
Background story for me is most important as this can make or Break any proposal thus its need to be Believable as well inspiring ?
