Players whose chars have been inactive for more than 40 days, or been online for less than 5 minutes are deleted in order to prevent the accumulation of abandoned chars from overloading the server.
Now, since the server was offline for a few days, some of those who are taking care of unused chars might lose them if they are refreshing them too near to the deadline.
Add to that people not being able to connect until the new security measures are fine-tuned.
That's why the Inactive Player Wipes have been disabled for the time being.
