' Wrote:Borderworlds - Personally, I envisioned it as being a Outcast built shipline, sold on to many people. The Hessians, Bundschuh, Zoners, Lane Hackers, as a part of their strategy to dominate them.
There is no connection of Border World ships to Outcasts, other than the fact that they fly them. With the Vanilla ships, the Dagger is exclusively sold on Buffalo, the Stiletto is sold exclusively by the Bundschuh on Bruchsal and the Sabre is sold on Malta and Vogtland, and the Dromedary is sold by Lane Hackers. One ship out of four and they don't even sell it exclusively. Not only that but Info Cards make no mention that the ships were developed at all by Outcasts.
' Wrote:like i said, that doesnt mean you cant finish the ship design, hitbox, texture job, hardpoint-job, and infocard and have it prepped for submission. thats what im doing for a variety of ships:P
Yes, it'll give me time to learn how to hit box and hard point ships myself instead of sending them away for someone else to do.
' Wrote:i did read that part. but still, they look so alike you could take the top off, and its the sabre. a top doesn't make a bomber a bomber. it just adds more parts. plus, i dont really like the ships after the sabre anyway, too much additions, they should start a new series or something.
The Stiletto is just a Dagger with a bottom part added to it. The Sabre is just a Stiletto with a couple minor changes. I was just following the natural progression of things. The logic of the game developers out weighs your logic, sorry.
