I can't imagine any reason that would justify your presence there.
You need guns from a dealer? Get a ferry to bring them. Don't take the Cruiser to places it has no place to be in. Setting up isn't a license to ignore RP (apart from the poor civilian Starflier moving to its starting point usually).
