Yeah go mine and get mauled by Pirates. "most" not all ,but "most" mining zone's,and drop off points are covered with pirates or "FREELANCERS".
Well if you do not mind a little smuggling??? Take neon from Penn to theta,dock at freeport,then head to sigma 17,and pick up Synthetic Maraguana at science station,and back to Penn. There is alot of JH's through house space along this route,so it is pretty quick,and i have never been spotted by the law.15-20mil a trip with a 3-5K transport.

PS. PM me,and maybe in game i can show you a few more route's. Ask around, I have helped several noob's get set up trading.
