In Game textures Extraction?

You will need a UTF editor program to extract them. I'm not at home right now so I can't give you much detail on how to do it unfortunately. Peek around on Lancers' Reactor to see if they have the UTF editor in there, or Seth Karlos FLPack here on Discovery.

You should probably export your model to Milkshape before you start texturing, also.

Also, you don't need to model guns onto your ship model. The guns have their own seperate model which will be attatched to your model in game.
