As for working with other junkers: I have basically no communication with any indie junkers. Say hi when we pass in space. Once I was in a group with two JSF and another .:j:., but I was in a different house and just trading. I don't have any oorp contact with indie junkers except for people who just use them as traders.
As for harassing kusari - .:j:. has, to my knowledge, been doing basically the same stuff it always has been. I think most .:j:. guys go to kusari once a month or so. I've been five times in total, only twice since the JSF started. It's small scale stuff. mostly a trader going to ainu, since we supply them and all that. The only reason that big squad came in to Shikoku the other day is because there happened to be a bunch of us online when the one in kusari got in to a fight, and it's a pretty strongly embedded notion that junkers protect each other.
The bounty has probably changed stuff in regards to kusari though, at least as far as I can tell on skype. It's basically pushing .:j:. in to kusari for a couple of reasons. The main one being the brinkmanship aspect. "Get out of kusari" translates to "lets go to kusari" when you're hearing it. The other, more gameplay related factor is that the bounty has enlisted all kinds of mercs and bounty hunters to attack .:j:.s in house space, which is where we are mostly active. What's the house without these? It's kusari! Not like it's exactly safe there, but on the whole you don't get people using oorp knowledge to hunt you down there, you're just chased off in rp. Personally, if I'm not trading with GC/BD/interspace or repfixing (the last time I went in to Kusari was just to get a BD bribe), I wouldn't go further in to Kusari than Shikoku (from Liberty) or Honshu (from Yanagi).

Given that the .:j:. skype has been fairly hot since the bounty, some kind of oorp communication on the forums about this stuff wouldn't be terrible. Kind of like those 'region skype chats' there were mooted for planning attacks, maybe there should be similar threads for discussing RP plans?

As for the whole barge thing, never seen it or anything so I don't really know what it's doing.
