'Lack of GRN presence'. Right. I can assure you that non of the GRN unofficial player faction have joined you, just a random collection of indies. Now, in order to get us more active I suggest you start acting more propper in general. We want to be able to play the game without hearing a lol or rofl or zomg or goose chasing a big mouthed idiot across the system. You get your things in order, we got ours.
