Due to monetary deficiencies, i am forced to reduce my internet speed and i am wondering how much it will affect my freelancing.

the lowest they offer is 1GB speed which in my eyes is still fairly fast but i was wondering how much it will affect me. my current connection is a 10GB, so i'm expecting to see a change but i'm unsure to what extent it will be.
