Whilst one might or might not BELIEVE oneself to be a 'true' samurai or ronin, the actual code as such died out before the start of the 20th century.

Thus futuristic variants such as this faction are entitled to put their own slant on it.

This outline is a good background, of course it is not complete. It needs to touch on how they might differ in culture or attitude from the regular GMG faction.

Being very recently Kusari citizens, they would have strong cultural influences and ties there. This is certainly reflected in their use of Kusari-made ships (which I might add are a nice bright green on the ship tech list so no complaints from anyone about that eh?)

That is just my suggestion. Whatever the Ronin decide it should be reflected in their Diplomacy List - which they need to draw up. It would be very similar to the regular GMG faction, but with allowance for some variation. For example they might well be uncomfortable with the Guild's under-the-table dealings with the Blood Dragons, preferring not to associate with them where possible.

Overall the Ronin proposal should improve with time. They need time to develop their RP and interact with other factions.

Although English is not their first language, their leader has shown a willingness to engage in RP on the forums, and to both advocate for - and discipline his troops.

I welcome them as Brothers-in-Arms and members of the community.
