Something resembling of that, sails and all, but no flag

Maybe between the size of a Gunboat and a Cruiser
Using a design aspect of Yue's Bretonian capital ship

Have 8 platforms on either side for Cruiser turrets, each at 90 degrees to either side with a 30 degree firing arc. Only the front 2 and rear 2 turrets being capable of firing straight forward or straight backward. With 4 full arc gunboat turrets on (based on the picture) the bottom fins, or elsewhere if the design calls for it.

Around 200k armor...?

Or this could just be left to sink to the depths of forum archives.
