Pirating is a more RP stuff than anything, I'm sure most pirates got their equipment from a trader (be it powertrader or not) rather than pirating, Ask for a lower fee 1mil or something, even 2mil if the transport a big one, but by my own experience I know many traders get dissapointed when someone shouts "3mil or die" and most traders are willing to pay 1 mil than 3 mil obviously.
Besides I agree the "kill me" is indeed OORP and OOC, thats my point of view
