Question for Admins

You posted in a two week old topic that was asking a question which had already gotten an admin response. Furthermore, your post indicates that you did not understand the reason the question was asked, despite it being spelled out in the discussion - in the first post, in fact. I quote:

However, none of those ships are available on bases they can land on.

This is an issue because, prior to the rule revision, people did get sanctioned for having ships sold on bases they couldn't have landed on with their current rep.

But then a lot of people seemed to miss the very first line (you know, the "I do not want a bunch of interpretations from normal users", and the topic title being "Question for Admins")...
