Traders: "Kill me now" OORP?

I pirating for some time now. Got corsair gunboat named Dirty_Swine. And i do it for fun, not money. Usually demand sugar to feed my swines onboard, and only rich traders, over level 70, with a fee of not more than 1 000 000 (most of time i demand only 500 000) lower lever from 60-70 paying 100k, and <60 dont pay anything, instead they got blessing of thousand swines for good flight and its not rare that i even help em with money, by sending em via ship online terminal.
And everyone for now been friendly with me, have good time RP and are willing to pay.
Except 2-3 of them who dont even say anything, but just start running like a rabbits, and they are dont willing even to hear how much i demand.
