Junkers...

From what I have read from this thread , the Bounty Hunters have to obey the laws of each house. But , to be honest, what I have seen, from both indie and BHG| players is quite the contrary. If Junkers are simple civilians unless caught doing something illegal , then what if a Bounty Hunter catches a Junker carrying legal cargo , or better yet , nothing at all ? Wouldnt it be against a houses laws to slaughter an "inocent" civilian without proof? Inocent beeing in quotes since everyone knows that the Junkers arent exactly inocent, but noone has proof of their illegal activities. Not to mention the whole overkill thing I've seen , but thats a diferent story ( 2 BH GSs and 1 bomber to take down 1 salvage frigate , seriously ?)

On the other hand , i think someone said earlier in the thread that , since everyone knows the Junkers are involved in criminal activities but doesnt have proof , the police and etc would turn a blind eye on the whole bounty situation. I think that is wrong somewhat. For the LPI , it could be semi-acceptable , they beeing a hired corporation , but the Navy and etc turning a blind eye on it seems a bit too convinient dont you think?
