Arthad, at least youve got the cart before the horse on this.. Kudos.

Just got through chasing a "gent" out of O-74, with the help of ZTC's Burns..

Junker IFF'd Heavy Tanker.. I didn't scan his existing ID, darn it...

But apparently this "gent" had been told if he wanted to "smuggle", he should get a Zoner Guard ID. Hopefully it wasn't another Zoner who shared this with him.

Really.. how hard is it to ask questions, thereby saving yourself lots of grief and possible sanctions..? Get the appropriate "Rep" and ID first, then buy that monster trader.

Sorry to do the 23rd restating of what seems fairly simple and obvious, but...
