@piotr: AVG doesn't work with FL. Uninstall it and try something else. I use avira and it seems okay.
@jordanclock: Given what you've said about your installation, my guess is that it's a firewall or virus scanner. Try uninstalling your virus scanner. Check that you're forwarding ports 2302-2304 to your computer.
Ports 2300-2400 are forwarded already, but as I said, I'm DMZed. My traffic is completely ignored by the router. And my virus scanner is an on-demand scanner: It doesn't constantly run, it only scans when I tell it to scan. In fact, that's the reason I went for an on-demand scanner instead of a real-time scanner; to avoid the issues they cause.
