Ive recently taken a newbie (let me clarify how new I'm talking. It took me 10 minutes to explain to him how to get to Pittsburg) under my wing. And he said that after two days of forum surfing ha had no idea what the rules meant. So maybe we could make them less complex and confusing and more simple?
