Bob Leroy, alias Bob Sisko, was born on California Minor in the year 798 AS. His parents, Jack and Elisa Leroy, fell into dire circumstances shortly after his birth. Jack joined the Liberty Police as a way to put food on the table. Elisa Leroy, his mother, was a Zoner, piloting one of the transport craft to Freeport 4.

After one year at California Minor, his parents rented a small room on Freeport 4, so as to be closer to work. Bob was taught by his mother, because they lacked the money to send him to a real school. At the age of 8 Jack decided it was time. The boy was old enough to learn to fly a fighter. Because of his connection to the Liberty Police, Bob improved his fighter skills near the Springfield Station in Illinois and he became one of the best racers around.

After his 18th birthday, Bob was on his way home with the old retired fighter of his father and saw, how some Liberty Rogues killed his mother. Bob couldn't believe that his mother was dead. In his blind rage, he opened fire on the Liberty Rogues. In the glorious battle, Bob proved his skills, and came out the victor. Four Bloodhounds were broken and shattered, the pilots barely able to activate the escape pods. After the battle, he fled to California Minor, to the place he was born.

Bob didn't know what he should do. His mother was dead and his father was not attainable. But then he saw his long lost brother, Johny Leroy, who offered Bob a job by the LSF. He showed him the way to Alaska, the secret System of the LSF. Johny was very sad about the dead of their mother. But there were no time for mourn, because some Order Pilots appeared at their screens. After a long battle, the Order Pilots were destroyed. Two of them were destroyed by Bob's guns. Johny was amazed about Bob's fighting skills and offered him, to apply to the LSF.

-players got the right to defend themselves from attacks, no matter who's attacking
-players above rank 30 is not allowed to attack players under rank 30, defend but not attack
-when killed in a PvP fight, you are not allowed to enter the same system you was killed in unless the killer has left the system, and you are not allowed to get in a new PvP fight for the next 4 hours.
