That's the first I've heard of the "fully control" liberty artifact commerce. I think you're forgetting the Junkers. Is there any background forum info? Have corsairs been told to be neutral to Rogues somewhere I haven't yet read?
The other two points are valid and have been understood from the beginning.:)(except for the landing on Rogue bases. My character will not do that.)
