The Order, Liberty and the BHG would all hate you if you bought Order ships. The Order would be annoyed becausr your flying their ship, Liberty would be annoyed because they hate the Order, and the BHG would be annoyed because they kill anything that flies an Order ship.

Raven Talon, used to be sold in Omega 49, now I don't have a clue *shrugs*. Try the Discovery wiki, it's almost updated to 4.85 now.

If you really want to know where the Nomad Shrine i'm the wrong guy to ask, although I have heard (INCOMING SPOILER: If you do not wish to hear the possible location of the shrine turn your head away from your monitor and scream very loudly now) it is in Kansas.
