BHG Cruisers and Battleships

How well regarded are an BHG cruiser/Battleship that uses liberty or rheinland turrets?

THe Corsairs and order can uses each others weapons cause they are allies, and a molly destroyer
fighting corsairs can use a hessian cruise missile cause they are allies.
I can see that the BHG can't use capitol turrets from any unlawful faction or the hostile Kusari empire,
but should they not be able to use turrets from their allies (that meaning Rheinland and liberty).
The rheinlanders who are all to gladely to earn cash selling military vehicles to bretonia, would they not sell
turrets to the bounty hunters guild. OR liberty, with their free market and all eyes on earnings, would they not sell their guns (especilly with the BHG having their roots in texas). Blood dragons and outcasts also some times share their technology. Why should not the BHG be able to benifit from their supposedly "allies".

And is it not known that the BHG do not produces all it's own capital ships but order them from different shipyards in the houses of sirius, would it be to crazy for them to be made with guns?

WHAT IS YOUR OPPINION ON THIS, SHALL THEY BHG STAY WITH THE GUNS THEY MAKE OR SHOULD THEY BE ABLE TO CHOOSE FROM THEIR OWN AND THEIR ALLIES TURRETS?
