On a serious note, you won't find any freelancer having bad rep on npcs since they aren't looking for it, they are looking for THE BLUE MESSAGE !
I don't know how much tried to kill my 2 liberty characters but because I was red for them (having guard tags that's easy for them).

I do not see the point of a freelancer ID in fact. The vigilant ID exists now, the BHG ID exists as well.
Even the Mercenary ID, it should be fully unlawfull or something like that !
Please show me only ONE freelancer IDed playing in populated space and that are not looking for pirate kills cause the same pirates killed his traders lot of time.
