Look, nomads use energy to upkeep connection to the mindshare, move, regenerate and grow...if they have a reason to conserve this energy (in this case not to armor themselves) why would they not use it?
After your ship shot down so many times and salvaged again and again by spare aprts from venturers which found their death in Iota, do you think you can upkeep a more or less perfect lib cruiser design for so long?
Excuse me if I sound arrogant, but I do know what am I talking about here, I was the founder of the "Nomads infesting ships" idea...

I think the point I'm trying to make is this: We're ignoring the fact that it gets blown up all the time. Like we ignore lots of other things that completely break the rp.

Also, as far as your arrogance goes....lul. I played with the same idea, in chats with treewyrm, before keepers were founded....Moreover, I'd make the argument that just because you (or me, or probably someone before me, treewyrm perhaps) were the first to have a particular idea, you don't have much to say about Zapp's merely similar idea.
