Its because a new guys ideas are generally ignored. masternerdguy kept raving about how FL should be like EVE. Its because we also JUST tried this. And it failed. Because People wont trust faction leaders to be responsible with handing out caps. I am a faction leader, but Corps dont use caps. so Ill sell the Cap 8, and buy a base...
