The story so far has Kusari attacking shipment from Liberty and open war with Britonia. This is just RP saying that the Liberty Government sent the Valhalla to enlist the aid of the Blood Dragons to protect Liberty shipping and to help against the Kusari if open war were declared. And something went wrong. (I love it when things go wrong)
