Please explain how your roleplaying of a Rheinland Military pilot (for example) has nothing to do with the RM faction. Sub faction and your pilot in as you see fit.

His example may be specific to certain factions.

For instance the Order|, where the command structure is clearly defined. (The official faction that is.)

It can have splinter groups that do not agree with the HC or the Order| for political reasons such as too much emphasis on killing the BHG or believe the other side to be infected. (Which is funny because the Grand Admiral just got infected.)

I know that I do not join official factions like the [RM] specifically, even though I have a fully equipped Wrath because firstly, I feel I would not be able to dedicate enough time to the faction, secondly, they seem to be rather shut away and conduct business off the Discovery website which is something I dislike and thirdly for an unspecified reason that would probably get this thread locked. (Have to be careful since you are a moderator.)
