btw, you know that nomad canons (that can use only keepers) are better? try to purchase them, you can be
better pvp whore...

on the other side, when it is so neutral ship, why it is sold only on :
outcast base,
red hessian base
bundschuch base
lane hacker base.

all here think that they are neutral bases?...
civilian/neutral ships are available on bases available to all .....
so sorry, for me is sabre not civilian ship...

how can be civilian ships which are onyl available on lawfull base alowed to unlawfull groups?

When you think about it, Sabre was probably co-developped and is manufactured or distributed across Sirius. In many ways, it's like a car sold on a black market. Unlawful dealers will sell it to anyone who's got enough money for it. And that's it.
