We do. No doubt. And this time, please, don't remove them because some indies complain. Most of the people who will complain about their cap being taken away from them haven't deserved it anyways. Oh, and please define "cap" as "anything larger than a GB and not a transport".

Really, I trust every faction on this server, no matter how biased their leadership may be, to ensure that the people who can be trusted with a cap will get (to keep) it. And losing all the lolcaps would definitely be worth it.

Also, I think that capship pilots breaking the rules should be punished *much* harsher than ordinary players. Somebody who has a cap must already have spent quite some time on this server, and certainly enough to learn the rules. And I'm thinking of completely deleting characters of OORP offenders here, for example.
