Greetings Colonials. Today I come to you with a different tune so to speak; I come to you with talks of peace. For many years have our men brutally slaughtered and killed one another. I think it is time for this to stop, your men are no longer a part of that foolish little mining guild and therefore we no longer have a reason to fight you my friends. I am sure you all have better more glorious things to do than fight our vast armada constantly.

This, my friend's, is a treaty which we, the Dons have written. We would be ‘honoured’ if you would read it. There are, however, a few clauses to this treaty. These clauses come not from the Reapers - for we could not care about the rest of the Outcast’s “allies” or “friends” - but our friends the ‘Shadow Outcast Brigade’ have worries of what will happen to their beloved allies. Consequently, they wish for you to refrain from being the aggressors in any conflict, if indeed such a situation were to arise.

That is all I have to say for now, I will be more inclined to speak more once I hear your answer ‘friends’.
