this sounds like we are kinda losing what bounty hunters do. a bounty hunter goes after people that have skipped on court hearings and bail and whatnot. translated to sirius that means that police can have bounty hunters go after criminals. thats it. just criminals across sirius, hired by all police forces.
if the bounty hunters started taking missions to assassinate military forces or police forces, then the BHG guild is gonna get itself in a war with a house of sirius. i mean try to picture the KSP force using bounty hunters to catch blood dragons after the bounty hunters just got done killing them because they were hired by bretonians! kusari will just declare war on the BHG in addition to bretonia. and that ruins business ill tell ya that
