I remember the LR-. Lovely days. Del did well to teach everyone what it really is to be a pirate. Sometimes, I think I should still be there.
Anyway, I support what Sindroms says. It's alright to sometimes get into a fight with Police and Navies, but, unless the numbers are on your side, it's really not a good idea. They're better trained, in better ships (generally), and, well, are basically better, in RP. Of course, getting caught into a fight, stuff like that, happens. What can you do? It happens. It should not be a goal, though. That is what I believe the point was.
It should never be a pirate's goal to engage in a fight with the Navy. It should also never be a Police Officer's goal to get into a fight with a pirate. That, too, is a problem. It's a mentality on both sides, one that we're ultimately here to PvP. This is not true. Police should try and deal with Pirates with as little violence as possible. I mean, you're not the Navy. You're not as well equipped or trained or, well, anything. Navies, well, they're the Navy. They get called when stuff needs to explode. That's a different matter...
Anyway, point stands. If you're a true pirate, as most of the pirates in Liberty are, you really shouldn't be looking for a fight first and foremost. In fact, you should probably try to avoid it at all costs. Your engine might just fall off that Hyena, piece of junk it is. And think of the time wasted when you're fighting the Navy. You could be waiting for that next gold shipment in your Switchblade....

[12:49:19 AM] Elgatodiablo: You know its nice that you have all that proof and all, Bacon... but I just don't believe you.
