Did some more cleanup work tonight.

Hessians Tears - moved to Historical articles.
101st Outcast Guard - Fixed up something.
Republican Express Corporation - Formatted to the Wiki standard (had to convert from BBCode to WikiCode), uploaded & relinked pictures to correct wiki format, added headings, added diplomacy chart, renamed diplomacy factions, added communications channels, applied a number of wiki templates.
Republican Shipping - Added a link to RepEx
Bastille - applied system template.
A few others

Time spent: Over 2 hours doing little bits and bobs.
Characters: +/-1,800
