as for ze second issue: ze RFP has always appriciated ze vork of your Guild. if one of your hunters is attacked by ein confirmed criminal, ze criminal vill be... wie sagen sie dass auf english? vaporised? however, ze RFP vill NOT tolerate brawls hunters tend to get into fur shooting of zer mouths or being trigger happy. if a hunter gets into problems with persons ze RFP has no... eh, pork with, zey are on zer own. stronger yet, ze hunter may be arrested if his conduct threatens public safety. also, ze rfp holds ze right to ban hunters if zey act like loose cannons.

as for ze last matter, see my reply considering mercenaries. if zey fulfill lawfull bounties in ein orderly fashion, zey are velcome. if zey cross ze line and take unlawfull jobs and we catch zem in ze act, zey can consider themselves criminals, and zey vill be treated as such.
