I really think that it would be better for everyone if MS will quit the tradition of 'revolutionary systems'. No one needs anything revolutionary. People just wish the system to WORK. Work with all their games, applications, drivers, hardware, whatever. We are not buying PCs to stare at 3d interface or MSN Live, or to chat with Xbox Live! subscribers.

There was a review on Gamespot.com, comparing game performance on Vista and XP (2006 games, like Oblivion and Company of Heroes, and some others). XP wins everywhere, and most notably on 512-1024 Mb memory. Here it is:

Anyway, we've got too far from the topic... Probably should start general Vista discussion somewhere, I believe this issue is important for all of us, since we are all PC gamers here.
