As a proud member of the Shadow Outcast Brigade I fully endorse the formation of this new government, a Commonwealth formed to further the interests of the people. It was time that the old structure was modernized and streamlined for the benefit of the Maltese nation while retaining the same strong leadership. I applaud this reformation, and once more pledge my allegiance to the Outcasts despite my Bretonian origins.
