I appreciate the conversation becoming more of a debate on the attributes of the vessel instead of a reaction such as, "decision is made live with it." Granted, my first post was emotional on this subject. I tend to bring such, and loyalty, into almost everything I hold of value and the emotion was created due to a preceived notion that such change was arbitrary and with an ulterior motive. However, as stated earlier, 4.83 is a beta and i shall advocate for the Frigates reinstatement as it once was, based on my soft-spot for it and actually evidence.
In addition, my thanks on at least considering my premise that the Frigate needs something to compensate for the loss, hopefully for a short time, of shield, i.e. providing a thruster at least.

P.S. For a sense of "balance" and to sweeten pot, i would put forth removing the 2 10lvl slots for the return of shields and don't give me thruster. So, here is the balance. Frigate has onlly lvl 9 weapons and no thruster. How's that for balance?
