@ Korrd: They are making DX 10 patches for games such as Company of Heros and possibly others aswell, so those with a GTX and GTS arent gonna miss out too much:P.

@wolf: Of course MS can force people to switch to vista. Just plonk it on all the computers that are for sale and the people who dont know how to make a PC or cant be bothered too will get Vista. As far as i know, thats a legal process.

@Igiss: Yeah, Vista hammers the memory so you need 2 gig of memory to run games properly on vista. As far as i know though, the games work at the same level of performance on an XP machine with 2 gig memory and a Vista machine with 2 gig memory.

Just in case your all wondering where i get my information, i buy a magazine which has its own website here Custom PC. You have to register if you want to view more than the front page but most of you out there dont really care about computers;).
