A committed PvP Training School?

As a sucky PVPer, I agree. As an RPer, I disagree. This will actually encourage people to be more trigger-happy and think the game is PVP oriented. Perhaps hybriding both PVP and RP into this 'school'?

It's the perfect place to teach them RP before PVP at the same time as teaching them how to fly and shoot better.
And leisurely pace or your own time. No hurry. Pew pew.
Then "Hey! I can show you something else pretty cool! check this out!"
There's usually respect or gentlemen's agreements said and kept.
Everyone knows you're there for PVP, and every understands those kinds of "rules".
It is the perfect opportunity to BE there with them, and more time with them can have two outcomes.
You become like them,
or they become like you.

Influence. It's a good thing.
