Use roleplay to define your goals and motives, not an ID.

Aren't you one of the people who complains about people using Rogue IDs for things other than piracy..?

So, use merc, fl and pirate ID's to represent independant movements of several people. Maybe one day you get to some status and rest of things that go with officialdom might come.

6.15 Owners of Bounty Hunter/Mercenary/Freelancer IDs have a right to attack:

- Pirates
- Traders ships carrying smuggled goods and refusing to drop them
- Lawful and unlawful characters with a bounty on their heads

There goes Merc and Freelancer for this. And frankly, I already tried this with a Pirate ID. I got sick of getting shot at by people (including traders who had nothing to worry about because this character avoided targeting civilians) who I didn't even do anything to because "u hav pirat id". And of course, the pirate ID now has all those forced enemies, meaning that no matter what your RP is, there's an assload of places you can't go with any remote degree of safety. Even if by all logic you should be able to, you can't. Whoops!


(on that note, screw auto-repfix. just use it for obvious cases, please. Outcasts and Corsairs levels of obvious. but too late for that.)
