Way I see it, we stick with the old adage. "A house divided against itself cannot stand." We have to keep Kusari divided. If we and the Outcasts can get those Chrysanthemum girls and the Blood Dragons enough support, they can cause some major headaches for the Naval Forces and Hogosha. Enough, perhaps, to give the Bretonians enough slack to squash them.

I vote we stick with what we're doing. Throw support behind the GC, build up relations with the GMG, aid the Bretonians as much as we can (though not enough to be suspicious). Hell, maybe even try to bring the Gaians around to the Bretonian cause.

It's all a matter of finding the right spot and applying the right amount of pressure. Keep Kusari divided.
