I request that the public remain calm and send their evidence regarding this situation to my staff on private comms. This situation is being handled sensitively and carefully. Any loss of life is regretable, no matter who's or the reason behind it.

[color=#CCFFFF]I would like people to remain calm and follow the requests the officers under my command make. The Naval officers in question will be questioned in the morning following debreifings from their direct superiours. I will personally be overseeing the public enquiry on the matter, which will be opened as soon as the immediate disruption to normal life has been calmed.

I also direct your attention here for any complaint you may have against individual vessels not falling directly under my command (such as the LNS-Sacramento).

For the good of all involved, speed and efficiancy of the investigation, I ask that we all return to normal business for now.
