[Incoming Transmission]
[Source: Battleship Suffolk]
[CommID: Admiral Nelson]

Sir,

I have received your request for a transfer to serve the Queen's forces in defence of Bretonia. Naturally we do not wish to refuse the offer of service from a dedicated officer such as yourself, permitting that the Liberty Navy are content to see you leave their service. However, I must stress that at present the losses on the Leeds front and limits on our shipbuilding capacity mean that there are no new capital-class vessels available for you to pilot in the main fleets of the Bretonian Armed Forces. I must also state that we cannot possibly accept the transfer of a Liberty Navy Battlecruiser into our service, for obvious diplomatic reasons that all such capital vessels are property of the Libertonian Government. Should you wish to retain command of your Battlecruiser, some settlement of special lease conditions would have to be arranged with the Liberty Navy High Command.

However, should you wish to assume command of one of the re-comissioned Reserve Fleet vessels outside of the main BAF| chain of command, you are welcome to do so as a respectable officer and Bretonian citizen. The conditions, of course, are that you use the vessel responsibly in defence of Bretonia and obey all Admiralty Directives governing its use. Should you wish to additionally enlist in the main fleets as a fighter pilot, you know where our recruitment centre is.

Yours sincerely,

Sir Stanley Nelson
Fleet Admiral
Bretonian Armed Forces
