Should Traders in RP, use Jump Holes?

Speaking as a Planetform Trader we HAVE to use the Jumphole to Planet Harris, we cannot use the Jumpgate because of that big ugly Battleship there. And else there is only one Hole i use, and that is the Hole from Leeds to Magellan. And this is to be honest, much saver than flying through half Leeds, New London, Manchester and half Magellan/Cortez.

I agree with that corporate Traders should use Tradelanes and Jumpgates. Actually Trade Lanes are faster than flying from Jumphole to Jumphole through. With a big Transport you are pretty much screw anyway, because the Holes are mostly in Asteroid/Scrap Fields.

There should be something that motivates people taking the Trade Lane + Jumpgates. But its not like we are going to be paid for using them. How about 10% Profit if you didnt use any Jumphole? Of course this wouldnt work for everyone then. Or how about that Jumpholes can randomly kill you? Jumpholes are instable thingies. Lets take the Outcasts for example.

Some kiddo is bored and is going to ask random Battleships or Cruiser: "Hey wanna raid Gamma?" And then a fleet is taking the small instable Jumphole

How about the more people use the Jumphole the higher is the risk to die while jumping? The Hole will be stable again after an hour? If that is possible with FLHook.
